To get a taste of fresh pasta I ordered Chef William Gallagher’s THREE DAILY PASTA PREPARATIONS, spaghetti, pesto rigatoni, and pumpkin ravioli ( my favorite of the night)
Pesce Spada for dinner (Grilled swordfish with spaghetti squash, stewed cherry tomatoes, toasted pumpkin seeds & pumpkin seed oil) can you say yummmmm
Zuppa di Pesce Misto (Sautéed day-boat seafood in “lobster brodo” served on a bed of soft white polenta) was also on the table.
This is my first visit to Becco in New York, NY and it will not be my last.
